Sven Ortel
Designer
Sven Ortel works internationally realizing and designing projections and video imagery.
In 2001 he joined Mesmer, which provides projection media design services for theatre and performance. Mesmer has been responsible for productions such as The Coast of Utopia, Hitchcock Blonde, The Powerbook, The Woman in White and Measure For Measure. For the National Theatre, London, Mesmer has provided services for more than 20 productions. Most recent credits include Faith Healer in Dublin and on Broadway, Tiefland at the Zurich Opera and the musical Rebecca in Vienna. Current projects include A Disappearing Number and Disney's The Little Mermaid.
